Welcome to SakitBrain. These Terms of Use are established by Assign Dev Company Limited (“Company”) and govern your use of: • The SakitBrain mobile app (iOS and Android) • Any related applications, content, or features provided within the service By installing or using the game, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are under 18 years of age, parental consent may be required. 1. Grant of License The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the SakitBrain app on one device at a time for personal and non-commercial use only. All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of Assign Dev Company Limited. This license does not grant ownership or distribution rights. 2. Modifications and Updates The Company may update the game or these Terms without prior notice. Your continued use of the game after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 3. Prohibited Use Users are prohibited from: • Using nicknames or submitting any content that includes abusive, vulgar, or inappropriate language • Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or tamper with the app • Using bots, macros, or third-party automation tools • Engaging in any actions that interfere with other users’ experience Violations may lead to temporary or permanent bans from the service. 4. Access Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance or updates. Access may be limited based on technical, legal, or geographical factors. 5. Ownership All content, design, and game systems in SakitBrain are the property of Assign Dev Company Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the app without written permission. 6. User Content You may set a nickname in the app. By doing so, you agree not to use names that are offensive, misleading, or violate any laws. The Company reserves the right to remove inappropriate names without prior notice. 7. Limitation of Liability The app is provided “as is.” The Company does not guarantee that the game will be error-free or available at all times. We are not liable for: • Downtime or service interruptions • Device incompatibility • Loss of progress or app data • Third-party service failures 8. Termination The Company may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you violate these Terms. You may also uninstall the app at any time to end the agreement. 9.
